Our 40 hour Professional Mixology program consists of 10 separate four hour sessions. We offer mornings, evenings, or Saturday classes to help fit anyone’s schedule.
In addition, we offer a flexible program where a student can attend any combination of mornings, evenings, and Saturday classes and finish the program at their own pace. We understand people are busy with life and will do anything we can to work with your schedule and get you through our program.
The morning class is held Monday through Friday from 10:00am to 2:00pm. The morning class is held for two weeks!

The evening class is held Monday through Friday from 6:00pm to 10:00pm. The evening class is held for two weeks!

The weekend class is held On Saturdays only from 10:00am to 6:00pm. The weekend class is held for five weeks!

The accelerated class option allows the student to take our standard 40-hour course in one week. The student takes two, 4-hour classes each day for 5 days. The accelerated class is held Monday through Friday from 10:00am to 2:00pm and 6:00pm to 10:00pm. The accelerated class is one week!

The flexible class schedule allows the student to take any combination of morning, evening or weekend classes until they complete all ten 4-hour lessons. This allows the course to be completed at the student's convenience.
The student may take as little as one 4-hour class per week
The bartending flair class is held once a month for a four hour period. Please check our Course Information page for the exact times and dates.
A plastic Flairco bottle and stainless steel mixing tin are included with the course price.
The ABC Permit classes are held throughout the month. Call the campus at (615) 885-5948 for class schedules and availability. You must pre-register and pay in advance to save yourself a spot in our ABC Class. Our classes fill up fast so contact us as soon as possible to guarantee your spot in our class. Our ABC Server Permit classes are open to the public. You DO NOT have to be a student to get your ABC Permit with us.

The wine seminar includes wine tasting, food, class materials, and 3 hours of learning with two wonderful and entertaining authors “The Saucy Sisters.” The 3 hour seminar is held once a month and costs only $40.00.

Classes are set in a realistic bar setting. Students watch the instructor prepare each and every drink. Then they match up with an instructor or a student partner and constantly make drinks behind an actual bar. The class is split up 25% lecture time and 75% practice time. Our classes are set up like real on the job training which allows our students to feel confident in an actual bar once they leave our campus.
